We can assist with every need regarding food and fluid intake. We can also provide meal planning and preparation (paying attention to dietary needs), monitor and chart intake and output. In addition, we can monitor and chart oxygen intake, vital signs and medication. We can also assist with ambulation, transfers (bed to chair, wheelchair to commode, chair to walker, etc.), and provide regular body repositioning to promote healthy skin and muscle tone. |
Light housekeeping, including laundry and changing bed linens, can be provided. We also run errands, shop for groceries, pick up prescriptions, transport and accompany to medical appointments, church, or social events, and provide suitable companionship.

When a physical therapy plan ends, we can continue the service and work with the physician on a care plan. We can work directly with a conservator, attorney or accountant to provide documentation as needed. Our trained staff is ready to assist in billing long term care insurance providers. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Holidays (a minimum charge varies with location) Our agency offers customized plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
